Just thought I'd liven things up a bit , I mean we all have some physical connection to our theriotype right? My face pulls back and I growl when very seriously Angered. I'm also physicaly agile. Anybody else do something that represents their animal? Funny stories are welcome too

I mental shifts alot, sometimes it doesn't last long, other times a while. Mostly, i can never go a day without instinctively doing something animalistic. Whether its growling, sniffing, getting lost in nature or much more.

I feel physically agile too. I can't go around the house without jumping on the furniture, running on all fours ect.. I do hurtles too. Also I growl when I'm pissed (sometimes even in class) and I like to tackle. Not just like foot ball tackle, but more like the jump-and-bite-their-neck tackle. I have a tendency to really bite people's necks, lol.

Well I have lots of anger and with anger comes adrenaline. I love my anger For some strange reason as all of my friends hate anger. But when Im angry (which is nearly all the time) I growl and Want to run and jump on people and just dig my face in their neck and rip out their throats or wind pipe so they can't breath. I know it's weird. It's just how I am. I am Agile too.

There's this cliff at this park a couple of towns away, and I love to go there and stand, with my arms out, the wind blowing on me, feeling like I'm flying.
I also have a tendency to hold my arms around my food when I eat (like birds of prey do - it's called mantling), I'm very protective of my mate, my personal space, or anything that I consider mine.

When I get angry or aggressive I'll growl and my nostrils will flare. Seems to be a common therian idiosyncrasy. But as for less hostile behaviors, when I yawn my lips also curl back to the point that my teeth are revealed. It doesn't look as intimidating as it sounds, mind you.

I physically look a bit like my theriotype. I'm a pretty big guy with long, thick black hair. I'm also a great swimmer though I prefer to stick to the shallows. I speak with a slur, which pertains to my theriotype's drooling. I'm a gentle soul though, letting people walk over me more than I should. I also do animalistic behavior (growling, showing my teeth) especially when I'm mad.

I do think we're all related with all that (could) exist as they are we each of us. Do we perceive it? That's the question. In case we do, how we do so? Recently I just found this topic new for me, but rather interesting to show off my experience when I'm feeling my "animal side" as many of you. Often, I find myself having some feline attitudes -jumping suddently to upper floor, even so that I trained to fall down softly but quick, cleaning habits, taste for long own walking, social habits, etc-. When I saw this, just wondered myself "Am I really experiencing an therian side as you ppl call right here, or it is just part of everybody aware or not about this?" Well, I've seen how ppl who prefer ignore they "animal side" just apply it endlessly, rather randomly as someone who is conscious about it. Is this just the called instinct that is in anything, what you just do feel with no need with mental schemes? 'Aye', I replied, 'these ppl are not saying something new with the features they experience themselves among animals and humans, cuz we humans are animals too'. Perhaps we just have a "sorta shape" of our spirit we choose, like such ancient gods who illustrate a side of us doubtlessly: Bast the egyptian cat goddess, Zeus the eagle, Christ the phoenix or the "sacred dove"?!
Even I'm not saying something new either, what do you think?

What represents me is my love of water and of swimming. I love to be in the deep end, diving, swimming, flipping, twirling, "breaching", floating. I can spend hours upon hours in the pool, alone or with others. My family's nicknamed me Orca and often describe me as very whale-like. I also really want a pair of scuba flippers, to have my own powerful fluke....once again. ;-) Another thing is while most people listen to R&B, Rock, Metal, Country, I'm often listening to whale songs. Favorites being the Humpback and Orca.

hyper-aware, strong connection to being out in the woods late at night, very pack oriented, tend to love bite and play bite those in my circle, very protective of those in my circle, have a problem with outsiders who dont seem to show mutual respect- to the point of a very strong urge to correct the discrepancy usually manifesting as a strong urge to grip the neck and press it into the ground until proper respect is shown. not aggressive unless needed. very loving and very teaching to my young-lings. mental shifts at night alot. a longing to be free-er live wilder and exponentially more uncomfortable w/out my pack and the freedom to just run in my woods. very loyal. very lonely without home pack ie mother father sister and so on. very agile. (possibly) very empathic behavior. sensing things and being right one way or another. feeling the strong need to neutralize dangers on my territory (really hard to make it come out understandable and constructive from a human perspective. feels like going against every instinct inside) attempts to domesticate by others have been met with life threatening severe depression and frustrated anger/offense. love my human Ben, he has been so good for me and accepting of me but find myself drawn to look for my mate which is a deeper love and very different than i can explain. more later...

I am extremely agile-- my mom, at least, is always freaked out cause I go sneak up behind her and I can maneuver with her turns so its kinda creepy haha... also I can't go more than two weeks without howling... its sets me free. I have animalistic instincts too, huge anger issues and a general dislike for humans.

I make Fox noises when happy or comfortable, I rip up fabric when angry, and I have the urge to do quads when I am in a dense forest. I also have the personality of a fox. I can be very hyper, sassy, and lazy.
