Daemon quiz

I'm not all that big into daemons. They're cool and all, but they're just not for me. In any case, though, I ran across this daemon quiz that I wanted to share with you. I found that it's description of me was dead-on, as did Teigra and another of my friends.

I took the quiz on the Golden Compass website (is that this one?), which was pretty rubbish. Told me I was a snow leopard, and gave the same description to all the people I know that tried it, and it didn't match any of us.

The link I shared doesn't work because this board blocks out words like "damn", which is in the title of my blog post. Joy. So I've worked hard putting my programming skills to use and turning the HTML into BBC code:

I found the description of myself to be 100% accurate, which alone is amazing. But all of my friends who have taken it have also found it to be 100% accurate! It's really crazy!

A funny thing -- all of those possible forms at the bottom of the page are some of my absolute favorite animals. ^_^

I am more introverted than extroverted, actually. I think they confused introverted with people who don't like to be with other people, and extroverted with people who do. Introverted means that you just don't like big groups. But otherwise it was fairly accurate.

My results were right on too...

You are a confident person with a strong sense of self. You can be loud and jocular, and you don't really care who hears you. You don't spend too much time stressing about how other people see you. If they like you, well, good for them. If they don't like you, well, that's their own problem.
People need to earn your respect in order for you to really start taking them into consideration. Ooooo! Another of my favorite creatures -- the raven. Interesting note -- my last name (Corbin) is of French ancestry and means "Raven". My last name is the only name to have this meaning. All other "variations" (Corvin, Corwin) only mean "raven-like". Caw?
