Okay so I'm not very clear on this so bear with me.
Hello all, my name is Emily but you can call me Emily, or Fel. Either or doesn't bother me. I am 12 years old, I'll be 13 in October. Yes, I seem young but I've been told by many people that I am much more mature than most my age. I am I female and I'm not too clear what somewhere in between is. Well, I know I was born a female.
I am a therian as you could have guessed xD
My therioside is a feral, or wild, feline. I figured this about 9 months ago when my friend Selina, otherwise known as Flip, here, told me about her discoveries. At first I was confused but then I tried to channel my thoughts alone one night and a small feline came to me in my dreams. She sent me visions of her past and told me not to be afraid. I eventually learned that her name was Felicity, as time went on. The next day I told my friend about it and we began to have very similar and unusual experiences. I'll go into more detail if I am asked. :]
I would have to say that Felicity has more of an inner influence on my life. She acts as a second conscience at times, and at others, she influences my thoughts, feelings, reactions, and instincts. She also has a very minor outer influence on me. Sometimes she controls what I say to communicate to my friends therian, and sometimes she enters my mind and controls my actions in subtle ways. There have only been about three or four times when Ive shifted, only one being recent.
Since the others are only vague memories, I only remember the recent one. It was about four days ago when my friend was here. My brother was a witness. We were laying on the floor in my room staring blankly at the ceiling. Things had been going slow and after time began to pass, I felt my feline instincts begin to grow rapidly stronger. The type a feline gets when she senses a canine close by. I jumped up and began hissing and growling at my friend. She too was on all fours growling deeply. I had lost at lost 70% of control of myself to feline instinct. I grabbed anything within reach with my teeth and began to toss them at her. We ran around the house challenging and fighting with each other on all fours as if marking territory. There were few times where each of us submitted to the other but the battle continued shortly afterwords. When I came back to my senses and self control my friend and I were back in my room wondering what had gotten into us. My moms irritated yelling had brought us back.
I guess I consider myself a therian O.o Sadly, I haven't a clue what a contherian or syntherian is.
From joining this community, I hope to discover new things about myself, to hear experiences and stories, and to gain friendships with all of you. Being a therian, not all people can understand what I go through. My mother just assumes Selina and I have mental issues. So when Selina referred me to this site, I decided I could join as well to further my knowledge about others like me, and I hope I can contribute as much as I will learn from this wonderful experience.
I'm not e very special person but it's who I am. I hope I can be friends with all of you here, and since I may be younger than most, I'd love to hear of your experiences. Thank you all for your time :]
