Indeed, it has died down. Not sure how to rectify that though *shrugs* these days I just lurk and I find my activity in general in the 'community' to be dwindling. Though I'm always looking for a good read somewhere ;p

Ya, it has died down greatly. Then again I’ve noticed that on several other boards as well it seems.

i think i figured out why. got a few reasons:
1. there might be a bigger site were everybody is flocking to
2. some are posting on the furry boards because they are more active
3. they are becoming furries themselves
that wraps it up

Not much to do other than post threads, continue to talk in them and hope newer peeps feel the urge to post in interesting threads and thus erupting some sort of activity with discussion?
I hold my hands up, I've directed people to werelist, from what I saw I assumed this site was dead and with new people wanting answers and activity I directed them to the seething mass ;p

Its great there are big forums with a lot of active like the Werelist around, I love the Werelist; but its kind of almost disheartening when other therian boards like the Awareness Forums and other boards that that have for quite a while, or newer and smaller therian boards like this Therianthropy Tree and a like the relatively new WereSource are ignored or neglected for one reason or another.

I've noticed this aswell, I've been waiting for someone to post a new thread or something. But as of yet no ones done anything like that, And I can't because I've nothing to talk about. I've been checking the site every other day or so, and no one's replied any of the posts on therianthropy or shifting, etc. (You know it's sad when your the one who's last posted on over half the topics.) I dunno, I have a question or two up my sleeve, so I suppose I'll do a new thread on that and hope for the best. I came here to try a small community before I jumped into some thing I might've not been able to handle, (Jumping in the kitty pool before the lake so to speak.) And to gain a bit of knowledge before I got into a discussion I didn't know anything about. I also came here to see if I could make a few acquaintances to show me the ropes. But so far this place has been deserted. To the shifting board!! Maybe that'll boost things around here a bit.

That happens with these smaller boards: they go in cycles of activity, where it's active for a while, then dies down, then something starts it up again for a while. Same thing happens at CT. It will come to pass with patience and love.

maybe we should convert this into a major board I'm not sure what you mean, but I like it as it is. These nice little friendly boards are a very welcome retreat from the major ones like TrueForm and such. You can hang out with a crowd where everyone knows each other, and you can talk freely without having to worry about the board's elitist group or packs coming to shoot you down for not conforming with their standard. In any case, what you're saying is not really possible, as there are only a handful of active members here, the administrators aren't that involved, and none of them really have the resources at hand for it. Anyway... as I said, small boards go through cycles, this is normal, it will heat up soon if we keep posting and looking in.

I haven't been very active anywhere lately, really. Not sure why... I just haven't.

I agree. I like the small and friendly board and forum feel there. There are some really friendly and large boards out there on the internet and I am active on some of them, but this there are also other smaller forums that are nice to go to as well. A board doesn’t have to large and very active to be a great forum.
