You mean an IRC Client? So you can get on IRC? (And go to the channel #Therian on Freenode.net)
Well, I use one called Trillian, by Cerulean Studios. I like it because, while it does have a few problems, it connects to not just IRC, but YIM, MSN and AIM as well (note all the little IM icons I have in my profile >. .O)
Other popular ones are mIRC, which you can download for free; Chatzilla, which is a FireFox plugin; and Xchat, which may be only for Linux, I'm not sure... That's all I can think of at the moment...
