AsaziEagle and I are now engaged. If you guys don't know about this already, and would like to, let me know, and I'll write up a more complicated post. I've just posted this in so many places, I'm not sure who knows about this and who doesn't.

YAY! Congrats to you both! >.> Was it romantic? (lol, the most girly question ever, I'm losing it folks!) Do tell, I am curious (as per usual) *does happy dance* Congratulations, and the best of luck!

Okay... now that I have more time to elaborate... It was soooo romantic! ;D I don't really mind the girly question because, while I am not typically overly girly, I'm such a romantic at heart. Well... we were celebrating the one-year anniversary of the time we'd been together, on Thursday, the first of November. We went out to dinner, to the hot springs, etc. But he had been telling me he had this big huge surprise that day, involving a cake. Now... while cake is nice, I didn't really see how he would have attached a big, huge surprise to a cake. And all the time, I was secretly hoping to be proposed to somehow, but at the same time, I kind of wrote those hopes off because I just didn't see how that could have anything to do with a cake... So... we came home after going out to dinner (saw an owl! yay), and he finally shows me this cake: And of course, even though I couldn't really think of anything else to say, I did say yes. How's that for romantic?

Awwww! That is way romantic! *is teary eyed* I'm so happy for you two *starts hugging everyone and everything around* And that's some definite cake decorating talent he's got there...last time I tried writing on a cake it looked like some german/slavic mumbo-jumbo. lol Two thumbs up for style, points for presentation, and props for taking the leap! ^_^

Thanks! Yeah... funny thing is, he has horrible handwriting. But somehow, his writing on the cake was nice, pretty and readable. No offense, Asazi.
