I've been thinking the exact same thing, Liesk . LittleWolf, usually these shifts are subtle, and the ones that are major I either supress, or I'm in a place where I can just shift as I please.

Maybe with all of the thinking and soul-searching you've done, you should allow your brain a tiny little break? Might put things into perspective.

I've never done it before (that I recall) but more recently...I've been shifting into some sort of canine. And I know I've never felt canine before (though I'm not cancelling out the idea that I could be a more feline dog, or a more canine cat, such as a fox or a cheetah). It feels domestic, puppy-like, and not fluffy. Like a labrador or something. I find this very strange, and it's caused a bit of a confusion in me. Now that I think on it, though, I've SCS shifted before in the past. But they were birds. I remember distinctly an owl shift, and a hawk shift. And another thing I've noticed about my SCS shifts (because I've had more than just the canine, it's just that the canine is more prevalent) is that I seem to pick up energies from animals I come in contact with. Either at the zoo, or out on a walk, etc. (I was out for a walk a month ago and had a close run in with a family of deer, and I came home in a light, though noticable shift as a deer).
Could be my imagination, though, not ruling anything out.
Have any of you experienced similar shifts, like mine with the deer?

Well, I don't shift spontaneously, however, it is very plain to me and those around me that when I am exceedingly angry, I automatically shift into a brown bear, likely a grizzly.
Sorry if this doesn't pertain.
